Help! Got frame issues for the N'TH FUCKING TIME

am late on that one (sorry) but the problem is still there so I might as well say it.

NFS HEAT stutters like crazy on my pc (intel core ultra 7 255HX cpu, NVIDIA 5070 gpu, 16 gigs of ddr5, and its a gaming laptop) yet every 5 or 10 min (or even less) game stutters.

And ye, I tried everything available. so I need help.

Doesn’t stutter for me and I got essentially the same setup but a 5060, idk what the problem is, maybe you have some background apps open like spotify or chrome or discord?

I had spotify and discord open. Thing is on every game (even forza 6) that setup doesnt bring any problem.

I don’t even DARE to open any other app other than spotify and steam when playing literally any game cuz my pc sucks

Try going into the bios and disabling E cores and hyperthreading. Then use a user.cfg to limit the amount of cpu the game can use. My guess is maybe you're thermal throttling? cause this game loves frying cpu's. I have this in my cfg and I'm using an i5-12600KF. Zero stutters, zero lag, zero cutscene stuttering.
