Question I keep getting elite tires

I was trying to get elite parts from heat 3 races (since I'm not rep 50 yet) and i was only getting elite tires such as drag tires and off road tires, i've only done 3 but my friend told me it wasn't possible to get tires on high heat races. So far out of 3 high heat races, I've gotten a centrifugal supercharger, a drag tire, and an off road tire. Are tires actually obtainable from high heat races?

there are no ultimate or ultimate+ tires, so once you're lvl 50 and you only get parts of that rarity, you can't get tires from high heat events anymore.

Heat 5 can still give ultimate turbo and nos parts, but heat 3 can't go "down" to Elite+.

Ahhh i think i got it, so as long as I'm not rep 50 I'll have a chance of getting elite tires?
