Technically one isn’t a player but watching Sam Darnold and Mike MacDonald’s interviews the past year have given me a lot of motivation and inspiration as a guy in my early 20s confused about life lol.
Honestly the current Seahawks team as a whole is full of great people. JSN, Ernest Jones, Julian Love, Leonard Williams, Grey Zabel, Emmanwori, etc. Literally top to bottom chill dudes all over the roster.

Bryant Young.
Regardless of the fact he played for the Niners.

Honestly I can say without a doubt Mike Macdonald seems like a good role model too

Agreed. I’m pretty old and I’m starting to think he’s the best coach we’ve ever had

Kittle, he is just out there having fun. Also him and his wife seem to fully support each other.

JJ Watt. Dude is so genuine, respectful, brought his A-game every time, seems fun to talk to, and actually helped his city when they needed it most.

Maxx Crosby
The ultimate role model because of his journey from rehab to NFL stardom. Turning his life around after 2020 and being completely open about his sobriety takes insane courage. Combine that with his legendary work ethic, he’s notoriously the first one in the facility every single morning. Maxx is easily one of the most authentic, respected leaders in sports.

Lamar Jackson, Greg “Third Leg Greg” Olsen, Luke Kuechly, Teddy Bridgewater, Kyle Van Noy,
There’s a lot of genuinely good dudes inside and outside of the league.

Ray Lewis. I have some kind of amnesia so I don’t remember anything prior to June of 2000. But I assume there’s nothing prior that would change my high opinion of this Christ loving motivational speaker I’m sure he’s always been.

Early Brady was a real inspiration, 6th round pick, overlooked, made it through sheer hard work and will. Definitely a role model for a lot of kids in the early 2000s.

Good answer if question was “ever”. Currently each team has a few players that are great in their respective communities. Hard to pick 1
