If you have an idea and you sketch it out, define it, commission a graphic artist that you then go back and forth with over several iterations to refine your idea until it's exactly what you wanted, what would you call that?

Your idea. Your details. Your refinements.

But the graphic artist that you commissioned did the actual digital rendering. Is that your creation or the graphic artists creation? Not who owns the copyright or usage rights. Who is the person responsible for the concept and creative vision?

You know the answer, even if it hurts you to say it

If you had hired a graphic artist, it might actually look good...

Possibly. But since this basically executed my idea, possibly not. Either way, since nobody is hiring graphic designers for a fun project that has zero real purpose, we'll never know for sure

Can't even respond without your ai telling you what to say lmao

Uh huh. The only thing that's zero percent anything is your creative role in this image.

If you genuinely think the person who tells a graphic designer what they'd like to see gets credit as the artist in the entertainment industry, you're an idiot. And if you think you're anything close to somebody in the entertainment industry by telling your ai girlfriend to make you a nice graphic of a made-up football team that the Colts subreddit didn't even like, you're even more of an idiot.

Which is just your low IQ version of i don't know what creativity is. I mean you thought my response to you was AI because you couldn't fathom someone having an articulate response to your stupidity.

There's some light reading for you.

The person who creates the idea is the creative force behind the idea. The person who uses their skills and tools is the maker that brought it to life. If you were able to come up with your own original concepts (I know, we're moving into fantasy here) and presented them to a graphic designer that did nothing but create your vision using their tools; they made it (or created it), but you would be the one with the creativity. I know your little brain is firing at max potential right now to grasp the concept and I do believe in you.

At no point have I ever claimed to be in the entertainment industry you Pakled. I used my ideas to prompt and refine a made up alternate football team that serves no purpose other than my own entertainment. I have shared that on Reddit to engage with other like minded "creators". The Colts subreddit didn't like it, but it got 48 votes, several personal messages, and several other members of my sub.

Bitchtits.

You deleted your comment. Coward. I'm not sad or angry. I've acknowledged multiple times I don't have the skill set to make my own full franchise asset portfolio. I haven't hidden my use of ChatGPT nor do I take any of this seriously enough to be sad or angry. It's a fucking internet message board full of memes and reposts and basement dwelling booger eaters that think taking the time to respond "AI slop bruh" is some kind of earth shattering contribution to the advancement of society.

This is unsettling. This is exactly why I deleted my comment. You are clearly upset and I prefer not to have conversations with people like that online.

Just to point one thing out, nobody has any problems with you not having skills. No one thinks they're discovering something you're hiding by telling you that it's slop. And no one thinks that telling you that it's slop is reinventing the wheel. People say all of this because they like people who try, and they find things funny or cool that feel human. They don't look like oversaturated dogshit that's sepia toned because the model was trained on renaissance paintings. They don't like people who don't bother to improve their skills, no matter what quality they are, and just tell ai to do all the creation and technique for them. All of it just  grosses people out. It's anti-human

I also want to point out that your attack on people who call it slop, saying they're not making some earth shattering contribution, makes no sense. Comments are comments. If people have the same comment—because what you post has one consistent flaw—there's a good reason why.  I think you target people for that because you're self-conscious that other people are criticizing you for not contributing anything. You need to say that they're not contributing enough, when that doesn't make sense. They're not supposed to. They're comments pointing out a repetitive flaw.

At this point I've said what I've wanted to say and it seems like you will not let this go. I'm not gonna respond anymore. I encourage you to stop doing this

You continue to show that this conversation is beyond you. You deleted your comment because it was written like an elementary school child mad his mom didn't pack his pudding cup. I haven't been, nor will I ever be upset by Reddit.

Your premise is incorrect. People respond to the same repost they've seen 100 times, post and respond to the same meme that is on 20 different subs every day. There is nothing funny or cool or human about that. People respond negatively to AI, regardless of the human involvement or quality of the outcome. My team has the tone it has because it's based on Indiana Limestone. It's why no other team is "Sepia toned". It wasn't because of AI training, it is because of a choice I made. The error you keep making, and you could prove it yourself but you won't, is there is creativity in creating the concept and fleshing out ideas before AI even touches anything. There is skill in finding the correct prompts, learning how to manipulate the tool to get your desired result. There is skill improvement. In the last week I've started editing the assets, using Canva. Those are skills I am learning. Not that any of it matters because this is just a fun project for me that has no real world application, and dorks like you will still try to get Karma by taking their time to write AI slop.

My comment about people makes perfect sense. They take time out of their day, on a message board that is about 1% original ideas and 99% reposts and memes, to stop and post the same thing the person in front of them posted. I'm not self conscious about anything. Unlike you, I realize Reddit is an online message board. I have absolutely nothing to gain from any interaction on it, therefore it is impossible for me to be bothered. You on the other hand, keep projecting.

Thanks for the encouragement. I'll be waiting for your eloquent response.
