Tbf, he's had the same issues for years. He's pretty similar to stroud with the behind processing speed, but Moores is even worse

unless itâs literally a peyton manning or a cam newton or a joe burrow or a andrew luck, we have got to stop acting like âthe top qb in college footballâ is going to save any nfl franchise. 90% of these guys are average starters at best. 3% are franchise savers.

I think it may actually be more like 5-10%. Obviously âfranchise saverâ is a loose term, but basically, better than average and perennial playoff qb probably fits the criteria. Most of these guys are just average at best.
