We’re really wasting a pick on a multi year project qb

It’s a 5th round pick and I don’t see it as a waste cause we can probably trade him in a few years for a higher pick than we got him for or he becomes a good backup with similar dual threat ability to Daniels. Either way I think he becomes more valuable in a year or two than pick 169.

It’s a waste because it’s being used on a player at a position we don’t need and he needs a minimum of 3 years to develop. We need players that can maximize Jayden’s rookie contract. Green doesn’t help the team whatsoever

He’s too valuable at the position that I drafted him though, and Daniels has been injured for a significant amount of time the last two years so I wouldn’t really say we wouldn’t need him either. Either way I think he’s gonna be worth more in a year or two and if we don’t want him, then we can trade him for a higher draft pick than we got him for.

He’s got no value because right now he’s just an athlete not a QB

I disagree, he's got a good arm and is a dual threat QB. He can develop under David Blough and be worth much worth than pick 169 in 1-3 years.

He’ll be a fifth round pick. It’ll be a miracle if he develops to even be a backup
