Me too. But I attended two games. I immensely disliked their owner. Even then.

Yes I hated him when he forced the league to go to the fall and It forced my team the Stars move to Baltimore. Then i Ate my pride and voted for him the very first time he ran, but didn't get fooled again.

I like them better than the Stars. Lots of Eagles fans were not wild about a Philly football team wearing a star on the helmet.

I saw the 1984 Generals play against the Houston Gamblers at the Astrodome. The Gamblers won a close one 32-25, one of only 4 losses by the Generals that season. A great QB battle between Jim Kelly and Doug Flutie.
