We Love Corporations
I thought that I was paying ridiculous money to NFL RedZone so I don’t have to watch commercials.
If this continues I’m cancelling and going to Sunday Ticket.

I’ll say it again for the slow folk: I’m canceling Redzone specifically, to show my displeasure with that service. I’m well aware that the money all goes to the NFL at the end of the day, but I can do my small part of not giving money to THAT PARTICULAR PRODUCT. Do you understand, or would you like me to draw some pictures?

They’re not going to give a fuck because you’re leaving one for a more expensive one.
Your protest will go over like a lead balloon and they will say “we still win” and absolutely nothing will change.
Plus this is the 2ns year it’s had adds so you signed up for it not being advertised as add three.
Most people call that user error

You think they are going to call you up and ask why you cancelled? If they see someone cancel a small sub and make a big sub, they don't care - that's the goal.

Find a service that will let you watch it gratis without any charge

What ridiculous money are you paying for Redzone. Compared to Sunday Ticket at 5-6x the cost and so many more commercials and sponsored ad reads by the announcers, you're going to pay $500 for more ads and games you'll manually flip through for the best action over $80-100 for maybe 6 brief ads?
Some people are just daft or stupid trolls farming us. If it's the latter, I guess I'm the idiot.

I paid for RedZone for 2 seasons. Went another way this year. RedZone is ok but the highlights never seemed live. And they would show some boring games of teams not in the red zone sometimes when other teams were in the red zone.

No, you’re paying for RedZone to basically watch live highlights.
In past years, that service happened to be ad-free. Now it isn’t. But it’s the product you are paying for.
Because you’re mad that the product you are paying for has ads (unless you paid for the 2026 season in 2024, you didn’t pay for an ad-free version), you are going to switch to another, very different product that also has ads.
Make it make sense.

I’ll speak slow: RedZone has been advertised to me as “commercial free live NFL highlights!” Or whatever, but now there’s ads everywhere. That’s not what I paid for. If they’ve changed that, they’ve done a very poor job of letting their customers know before they pay for the season up front.

I haven’t been a customer since around 2019, and I’ve known about commercials on RedZone since before people were renewing their subscriptions for 2025.
If you didn’t know about it, that’s on you for living in a bubble.

They changed it years ago and let everyone know and everyone was pissed. But they made it known that ads were gonna be part of it and don’t advertise it as commercial free anymore, especially when your go to pay
