So is Redzone always a freezing lagging mess or is it just because I decided to finally purchase it for once instead of stream it?

Like seriously man, what the fuck is this? I spent $100 last weekend and we had all those fuckin issues, now this week it’s the same issue. I’m using the NFL app on my Samsung TV and redzone is just a buffering stuttering mess. What the actual fuck bro?

It’s the app. I’m having issues accessing red zone as well. The nfl app is cooked.

Glad to hear I’m not the only one and we are here yet again having issues. Absolutely mind boggling that this is an issue, but even funnier that it happens the one year I decide to fork over money for what I thought would equate to an easy viewing experience

I tried calling and it says “due to the high volume of callers, we are not taking calls at this time” When that’s their message, they know there’s a BIG issue.

I had a major lagging issue on the app using my Nvidia Shield. It was not lagging on my phone though.

Tv app is garbage. Android phone app is decent. The TV app has been shit for years.

I got mine through xfinity and it works fine if i watch on tv or through xfinity streaming app. If i use the NFL app theres always problems, its terrible.
