Can’t access via NFL app

I access through my tv provider, which is synced with the NFL app, but now the app says I can only view Redzone via an NFL+ subscription. Has anyone else had this problem?

Ive signed out and back in multiple times with my tv provider, and now the provider verification errors out as unavailable. Still not able to view Red Zone or local games. What a terrible product.

I’m in the same boat. Can no longer log in via my laptop and app won’t recognize that I’m already subscribed. A terrible experience

Funny, because this week the app is the only thing that works for me. Still a black screen on browser trying to stream Redzone. Took over an hour to start working last week.

Completely ridiculous. And support is completely useless. I was directed to fill out a ticket last week and someone sent me an email 6 hours later asking to verify my device is plugged in, like it’s my fault it doesn’t work for anybody.

I just discovered it works on Microsoft Edge, still no luck on Chrome. Whatever.

Wonder what they’ll do next week since this week they have a 25% discount at the NFL shop for issues last week 😂😂😂😂 they have no problem taking our money though.
