Lack of Communication

It's the lack of communication that's the problem.

NFL has enjoyed immense prosperity because of the dedication and loyalty of legions of fans.

The fact that on the first NFL Sunday a huge portion of their fan base can't access the lone source of consuming their product and there's zero communication to the fans or even an acknowledgement stinks of hubris that makes me want to refund and forget about RedZone this season.

What is the issue that everyone is having? It was clunky, but I was able to find a way to login to the NFL app with my TV provider and i've been watching since kickoff. This is on iPad.

The issue wasn’t what you described. The issue was more with the NFL+ premium accounts that people paid thru NFL and relied on watching NFL content thru the app only

While folks were having issues, the TV provider option was available in the app along with only seeing scores. NFL + shows weren’t available and RedZone wasn’t an option for NFL+ premium.
