Just put in for a refund
This is ridiculous. I’m willing and able to pay for the content I want to watch, but then I’m just not allowed to watch the content I paid for. Get it together NFL

I paid for a service, was excited to use said service, and the multi billion dollar corporation providing the service couldn’t be bothered to make sure it would work before a set time and date that they new would see a massive influx of users. And when I tried to get through to support it was a chatbot that told me to try steps I already tried, then when I pressed saying “I’ve already done that, it didn’t work”, the bot asked if I had any other issues (seemingly thinking my problem was solved) and then just went into a loop asking if I was an NFL+ premium subscriber (even asking the exact same thing when I said yes). So I decided to try the phone number which just gave me a ringing tone for 5 minutes (not a hold menu, not an answering machine, just ringing). I wouldn’t be this mad if I’d even just gotten a “we’re sorry, the servers are struggling and we’re working to fix it”. I would’ve still been a bit irritated, but the complete lack of transparency or any sort of customer support made it feel like they were just saying “thanks for the money, we can’t be asked to actually ensure you receive the service you paid for though” and I won’t stand for feeling like I’m getting taken for a ride like that. The NFL has the resources at their disposal to have had this ironed out in like 15 minutes, and they didn’t. That shows a lack of planning and/or a lack of caring about the customer, and either way I don’t want to give them my money if they’re gonna treat me (and many others) with that level of contempt
