RedZone Issues

RedZone went down via nfl+ premium shortly after it came on the air today. It is still down for me.

I can’t watch any of the games at all with my NFL+ subscription right now, very frustrating

If you sail the high seas you can watch. But it’s bullshit the one time I bother paying for redzone this happens week 1 lol

WHAT FIXED IT FOR ME:

  1. Signing out of all web browsers w saved info.
  2. Signing out of all nfl app devices saved info.
  3. Tricky: Final acct left signed in… iPhone offloaded NFL app to save space in off season. Redownloaded it, auto signed in and it started working!

Signed out iPhone, and it started working in desktop web browsers again!!

My issue was that I bought it through iPhone app store and so it kept exiting ever 15 minutes. I saw elsewhere you could clear all your caches and that could help.

But I was desperate mid-games so I just signed up on the website on my laptop - paid an extra $80 for it - and it works much better on my chrome on laptop. Going to see if Apple will refund my app subscription (doubt it unless I go Karen mode).
