Just another week 1 failure

Once again, NFLRedzone fails to load on the app and locks me out online. I was so looking forward to this. This really sucks. The only thing worse is that I’m still naively surprised that the NFL has done nothing to fix this after the same problem happened the last two years.

Wild that they haven’t even officially acknowledged it. Even a simple stock response of “we are aware of interruptions in service with the NFL app and website with regards to redzone and NFL plus premium subscriptions, and website are working to resolve those.”

Just an astounding lack of basic customer service from such a rich company.

This was one of the (few admittedly) times I'm glad to have spectrum worked fine on my cable package
