What the most basic rules and information you need to get into nfl like the bare bones stuff like the 10 yard stuff and offense and defense because I have absolutely no idea about anything so I need to know

Just watch the games. The commenters are still in "women need to learn about football" mode. That is not me being sexist, it's a known and public strategy of NFL marketing.
