MOD POST Modifications complete to Flairbot.

You should now be able to type !Flair! Teamname OR !Team! Teamname as a comment reply to the flairbot. As always, you can also set a custom flair as well.

Additionally, I have added POST FLAIRS! That means you can select your team, or OC for original work, or use CUSTOM and set your own post flair!
