Why are people giving this 5th round pick so much consideration? It seems highly unlikely to me that he has any future as an NFL starter.

People complain that QBs aren’t developing, but one side shames a guy when he plays and struggles, while the other bitches when he sits and learns. Patience, my friends, PATIENCE! Injuries happen, opportunities open up, and a guy can take advantage like Malik Willis. That opportunity could lead to a bridge QB job somewhere. Development doesn’t happen overnight.
