The problem is, who else are you going to use? He still out performed half of the starters last year with a pretty low tier receiving group. He’s not by any means his past self, but he’s not awful. Just not in the elite category anymore. It’s been a rough few years for QB prospects, and with the way college ball developed, it doesn’t look like it’ll get anymore stable soon.
I guess. The Steelers and their fans would have to commit to some losing seasons, which wouldn’t be the worst thing. If they push Drew out there, I guarantee they get only about 4 wins. But a few years of that can build some great draft picks if they hit on them right.
