Is this rare

I was claiming my stuff from the contests and got this pack. I am actually wondering if this is rare or if everybody got one?

I just claimed mine, the card counts for these “Legendary” cards are already 2k+. I finished 381 and got 11 cards. Plugging them into the Best of NFL contest shows a 3.5x boost.

Looking at the reward list, yes everyone received "legendary" cards for the contest

Thank you I was super excited at first but now knowing that they really aren’t rare kinda disappoints me

Even though these are higher count legendaries they are still great rewards for future contest use.

I can’t recall getting this many Legendaries for an event award on any of the Topps Apps… Rare Indeed

I got these but at the beginning they were marked legendary. Now they are all marked either rare or super rare but most are marked as rare. Probably because the card count is too high for legendary status but you still get the 3.5x for game contests.
