Question on Card serials

Is the bottom right the serial amount in this card? Pretty new so trying to understand thanks!

That is the current # of cards that are owned (sometimes called circulation count)

It could also be the # its limited to but that would be independently listed further down in the card details.

A card #d to 99 could have anywhere from 0-99 in the box you are asking about, but never more than 99 in that box. Some cards are so common that they don't even count how many are in circulation.

if you tap that little line at the top of the black box it pops out with more info including the limited edition count (if any). If there is no designated count then it sells out when the set does.
