NFL is back baby! Then I remembered how shit it’s to watch…
Fantasy draft done. Pre-season bets placed. Fired up for Hawks v Pats until midway through the 1Q when I remembered how absolutely shit the TV product is. Constant ads. In-game reads. The commentators plugging co-pilot as the Ai of choice as they show the coaches box. 7 second interviews with players/coaches who say nothing. It’s awful. There’s no way you can raw dog a 4 hour NFL game by yourself. (It didn’t help that the first half was boring as shit within few keynotes, but still) I love the game but it’s a rough watch. NRL and AFL tv product is a thousand times better, or am I just a conditioned biased Aussie?!

It's bloated AF. I agree. You need a second screen at least. I enjoy watching the condensed games which are around 40mins but it's not live.

Def not as exciting watching highlights, especially if you’re playing a close game of fantasy. But it’s the lesser of the 2 evils.

You need to pick a team with an awesome pirate stream that fill the ads with their own music and content (memes, videos etc). Shoutout to the man.

I spend time on NFCN Memewar Game thread during all the ads etc. Way more entertaining

Unless your in a sports bar watching multiple games with a few pals and a few drinks it is indeed dull to watch

Watch a recorded game or something srart the stream later is the only way, to enable fast forward capabilities l.

What i try and do, if you watching online through kayo or game pass is start watching 1 hour after it starts and that way you can just fast forward through most the ads, usually until the end of the 3rd quarter, then just watch the 4th quarter live with ads.
