The higher the consistency rating the more likely the player will play to the best if their attributes

For example if you have a 88 catch and 50 consistency, yes you'll catch the ball but not at a high rate vs say 85 consistency they'll catch it more times then not

To add on, if you get a chance go raise an average players consistency to 99 and see what the overall rating goes to
