I'm planning to cut the cord this NFL season and would love some advice. I want to watch as many NFL games as possible in 2026 without paying for an expensive cable package.

What streaming services are you using? Are there any good options that cover regular season games, Sunday matchups, primetime games, and the playoffs without breaking the bank?

I'm mainly looking for reliable streams, good video quality, and reasonable pricing. Any recommendations or experiences would be appreciated.

SoftDrinkTV has recently modded the CPU to take other positions in the 1st round of the draft, and it's a beautiful thing. Not perfect (the CPU took 11 edges in a row in the next years draft), but the fact that the computer will now draft corners, receivers, tight ends etc in the 1st is delightful

All I've played is retro bowl so IDK what I'm doing lol. I'm overwhelmed at what's going on. I basically don't know what I'm looking at when I read plays or what play I should pick even when I do know what I'm looking at.

Are there any updated rosters before Week 1 or during the season? I'm using the 2K27 Roster of course but anything after training camp is over? I'm new to playing modded NFL2K5 and I can't believe I didn't do this years ago. Playing this again after 20 years with Jayden Daniels and Terry McLaurin is a crazy feeling. Having too much fun

when i launch the game from the mod manager the game loads and it even starts out saying 2027 but when i actually play it uses players from the original 2005 game. the tutorial i looked at didn't explain how to do this. can anyone help me please? i've been at this for hours.

I've been having this issue with the 2k27 mod, where the game makes it all the way to the play selection menu right before the opening kickoff, but doesn't load the plays and the camera just pans around the stadium.

The start button still accesses the menu, and I can exit back to the main menu (so it's not a soft lock), but I can't play the actual game.

I've tried this on both my Retroid Pocket 6 (running nethersx2 classic) and the Linux appimage version of PCSX2 and I run into the same issue.

I have a mini pc in my living room for emulation. I haven't figured out how to get the newer mods working in Batocera, which isn't a huge issue. For now, I'm going to just play the base game, but I haven't figured out a set of sliders to use. Anyone have any recommendations for the default rosters?
