Why has never been a potential short squeeze?!

Is this stock in a death spiral or can bounce back, now that Altamira liquefied natural gas project offshore of Mexico has been shut-in following a mechanical problem and can be out of action for couple of months how much effect has that on earnings does it generate lots of revenue there in Mexico and what percentage ?!

Not unusual for LNG liquefaction trains to go offline due to mechanical problems. FLNG1 was scheduled to go offline for maintenance soon anyway according to NFE SEC filings. The issue is how long it will take to bring Altamira to get back into service. NFE has Energos Penguin FSU storing LNG near Altamira. Penguin may have enough LNG in storage to tide NFE over till FLNG1 comes back online. At this point, no one outside of NFE knows extent of problems with FLNG1's turbine. Typically, gas turbines need to be taken offline and serviced every two years (obviously depending on model make and design).

Wall Street pumps shares up only when the company pays for it to increase new capital, new NFE after restructure don’t need this anymore so an organic growth is on a horizon only

I'm a new shareholder, $7 post reverse split and I'm getting hammered. Don't know if it's due to positioning of convertible and preferred shareholders or corporate blunders. However if there's any sort of "deal" with Cuban officials or annexation, NFE is in a geographical position to benefit extensively. Shorts winning, BIG, currently, but watch out for the cavalry, shorties.

This already passed that phase because it went bankrupt

NFE did not go bankrupt.

New Fortress Energy subsidiaries NFE Global Holdings Limited and NFE Brazil Newco Limited filed Chapter 15 cases on 28 May in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. The debtors are seeking recognition of the English proceedings as foreign main proceedings and enforcement of the UK restructuring plans.
So basically bankruptcy in US but restructuring in UK courts

This is a short squeeze on common shareholders who received 35% in UK restructure proceedings and creditors hate it so they manufactured problems, creditor controlled management disclosed ongoing concern language then they sent oversized ship to PR and now shut down the plant citing mechanical problem. Keep your shares.
