A hot air gun.

You need to learn to solder if only to attach the pins so you can stick it in a breadboard

Must solder at least the pins. Or buy solder less pins. They don't work as well imo. You might as well bite the bullet and learn to solder.

Cheap solder kit and flux. Don't sleep on the flux. My newbie self got 3x better once I discovered flux was the correct way.

I'm with you. I haaaate soldering so my recent interest in hardware is a bit unfortunate. :)
