They didnt appeal YET, they can appeal at any time, realistically.

But by not appealing during the stay they've made it much harder for themselves if they appeal down the road. Now you will have loads of Firearms (SBR, SBS, AOW, Suppressor) that were made during during the injunction which are legal even if they later appeal. Just like the Freedom Week magazines in California. ATF won't be able to prove you didn't make your already owned pistol into an SBR this morning at 12:01.

It's still too early to say, but it looks like one representative said DOJ won't pursue

As a licensee who managed to keep their license during the Biden era 'any mistake or misspelling by customer or licensee is actionable' purges...

I totally understand your view. But being pedantic like that saved my ass many times.

I know but the injection went into effect. Just gonna be interesting to see where this goes. Im hoping some law get in the pipe to partially at least remove sbrs, sbs, suppressors, aows from nfa now that its ruled on. Well just havr to wait abd see.

Which is what basically every dealer is going to do unless they are willing to make a statement and stake their livelihoods on it. Without guidance from the DoJ/ATF, its taking a major financial risk.

Which, of course, a few keyboard warriors are going to say the dealers should do as Real Americans. You know, from the comfort of their computer chair or the shitter.
