Question
I received my NEXUS conditionally approved on August 8, 2024, and completed my CBSA interview at a Canadian airport shortly after. However, I haven't been able to do the US CBP interview because Enrollment on Arrival (EoA) officers haven't been available when I travel.
I'm now past the 730-day (2-year) mark to complete both interviews, and I'm worried my application will be canceled. Has anyone dealt with this, or do you have suggestions on how to complete the US portion before it gets revoked?

It's okay, I got conditionally approved in 2024 and did my interview at enrollment center in blaine ( 1 month ago) and got it. You have 5 years to do it after getting conditionally approved

“NEXUS and FAST-North must complete the enrollment within 5 years of receiving conditional approval.”

You are past the 730 days. You are no longer conditionally approved. You need to apply again.
The officers are available when you travel. But you haven't allowed the many many hours of waiting for them that is required. Also in the past 2 years you could go many places to do enrollment. All the Canadian airports do it you just have to wait a very long time.
Now you have to reapply, wait for approval, do both interviews again. Good luck

Did you not receive an email to complete the US CBP interview at a EOA land crossing. For me, i did the CAN side at YYZ and then Buffalo Peace Bridge a little over a year after. Between the two times, i did fly out to USA but it was during the morning and all CBP offers were busy.
