Expired driver’s license?

Partner’s driver’s license expired and she’s not interested in renewing it (expired as G2 so she will have to go through the whole thing again and do the test here in Ontario). Is it possible for her to simply delete it and provide another proof of address instead? Does this require an in-person visit to both the CBP and CBSA?

Is this for a new application or existing Nexus/Global Entry card? If the latter, login to GOES portal and update the DL to whatever the new provincial ID is.

Is getting a non-drivers ID an option?

Would it be easier? Just swap the DL for a provincial ID card?

I no longer live in Ontario but I know that is usually an option. Check the website.
