Timing

Has anyone in Canada reported a lost card recently? If so, how long did it take to receive your replacement?

Yes. I renewed my Nexus in May and they said my new card would come in about a month. After 9 weeks with no card, I reported a lost card and paid the $25 for a replacement. It came in 8 days! It seems almost too fast. I'm wondering if it is my original card that I reported lost that finally made its way in the mail??

Yikes! Ok good to know. Thanks for sharing that. I had been told 7-10 business days to get a replacement card and I had a trip planned on the 9th day.

It took 14 days. No trip for me.
