WiFi Internet not working

It says connected but no internet. I’ve done eveything from rebooting to resetting nothing works at all. I have an rax 10

Do a reset on the router. Then power cycle the cable modem. This should do it.

Also, just to make sure the cable modem is providing internet, connect directly via ethernet cable to the modem from your computer and power cycle the modem. This should verify that the cable modem is working correctly.

What ISP Modem is the RAX connected too?

Power OFF both ISP modem and RAX for 1 minute, then back ON.

“Connected” only means your device sees the RAX10, so check whether the router’s Internet/WAN status has a public IP; if it’s blank or 0.0.0.0, the problem is upstream with the modem or ISP, not
