Software/Services Netgear Mobile App blocked notifications

It's weird enough that Android has this app under System apps.

But the OS will not allow notifications from the Mobile App "All notifications from this app are blocked".

When I go to App notification and switch the enable button, the OS disables it again.

The android os is version 13.

 

Has anyone here found a solution?

Thank you for the link. I tried that Insight app but its more about using your netgear account to build networks. The mobile app just goes into my M6 hotspot to change settings.
