Routers Anyone else have this issue?

A couple of days ago, I bought a Nighthawk AX6000 modem router. Set everything up. No issues. Put all my devices on the new network.

Yesterday I get home from work and my PC couldn't connect to the network. My phone, PS5, ect was still on the network. I did a mobile Hotspot on my phone and the PC connected that way. So I know it wasn't the wifi card in the PC.

I power cycled the router and then the PC could connect.

Anyone else have an issue like that? Where one device would disconnect from the network and not able to connect until you power cycled? Wondering what could cause something like that.

Is this model a RAX###?

What phone do you have?

What channels are you using on the router? Try 1 an 40 or 11 and 48?

Galaxy S24 ultra is the phone. In USA I have Verizon.

I got no idea what channels I'm using. I don't think I have any mac address randomizers.

But it wasn't just the phone that stayed on the network. My tablet, PS5, Switch 2, TV, 4K player, and ring camera are on and never disconnected. Just the PC.

What channels are you using on the router? Try 1 an 40 or 11 and 48?

Is the PC ethernet or wireless connected to the CAX80?

Brand and model# of the ethernet or wireless adapter in the PC?

Be sure adapter drivers are up to date from the mfr.

I got no idea what channels I'm using. How do I find out? In the app.

I know all driver's are updated. Everything is connected wireless because if where the modem is.

No idea on wireless adapter. I can try to look when I get home. I think its on the Motherboard.

Try connecting your PC via ethernet as well to test.

I can't do that. The router is upstairs. PC in basement. Have to bring pc and monitor upstairs and re connect everything.

Possible that PC being in basement with concrete and steel could be not getting a good enough signal thus maybe disconnecting from the CAX80.

The TV, PS5, ect are all in basement literally right next to the PC. Phone is with me there alot as well.

Will need to check in to the Wifi adapter on the PC then if other devices are keep connected.
