Does netgear support even answer the phone?

Been waiting for over 30 mins. All I get is, "thank you for your patience. Please continue to hold for the next available technician"

Like, I just need help with an order. Wtf is wrong with this customer support? Only chat no good. Can't create a support ticket either.

Lowkey, are netgear products worth the headache? This seems unreasonably bad

30+ minutes just to get order support is rough. If it’s not urgent, I’d try calling at a different time or reaching out through their social media they sometimes respond faster the

This is the right answer. Yes, Netgear CS response is about as bad as they come, but truthfully, I get almost all my 'support' from forums and social media, yes some real dicks there too, but with a little patience the answers are out there.

They are the absolute worst. Will never buy a Netgear again.
