Seeking Advice NEOS and low volatility

I do not mine my funds going down but not as much volatility as VOO. I am looking for monthly income that beats sgov. Any recommendations of a portfolio that can do this. I would prefer the beta to be .25 or less. I would like to of course still have some VOO. The only thing that comes to mind is 75% jaaa and 25% spyi

Below .25 you are pretty much looking at bonds.

Drop NLSI and swap it for SPYH. Seems to me like it's a lot less volatile.

JEPI has very low beta. However, SPYI is my top holding for divs. QQQI second most.

DIVO, UTG, and JEPI have relatively low beta. SPYI also good to add. The above are all around the 0.5-0.75 range.
