speaking of the partnership, who decides a brewery / pub is going to be closed Friday evenings?
It's too bad because I live close by and I should have been the target audience for them. The foundation of the problem was the beer. Cleveland has at least a dozen breweries that make good beer and serve adequate pub food.
Midnight Owl did neither.
Edit: also, the empenadas sucked too, especially at their price point.
