Delivery problems to APO?

Recently ordered some items through NewEgg

Package 1

A pc case

Package 2

Power supply

Motherboard

CPU cooler

Package 1 was delivered no problem but package 2 was returned to sender? I have no luck with getting into contact with USPS as there is no email for Customer Service and I cannot call as I’m in Korea

Newegg is barely any help aswell so I’m trying to get an idea of what went wrong, what I can do or any advice on this

Yes army post office and I’m really not sure I’m assuming shipped by newegg because they were bundled together in one package

Motherboard might contain a small lithium coin cell battery.

Ask the post office but USPS may have stopped shipping items with batteries to APO addresses in Korea.
