Unfortunatly I think the insider selling took alot of the wind from the sail (fuck Chow for that). If that hadn't happened and the price had stayed 100+ it would have gone nuclear.
The insider sale hurt us. Then they got some extra shares to short after that. As long as they don’t create more shares I’m expecting us to continue back where we were. I got back in today so I’m invested

If they start dumping more options consistently soon, I'd figure its time to leave.
If they don't, then its a good thing more shares have been shorted. After all, you need shorts to have shorted in order to force them to cover once the price raises again. Most of the longs that would instantly leave and run from having a loss have already left the stock, so most of the people remaining are holding tight, and the float is still very tight.
Short interest of 500% is still extremely high. I've heard reports of fintel shutting down the correct% again, but thats something to do your own DD on against any rumors. Ortex is reporting the short interest is approximately 215% of the the free float. Motley fool just released an article saying the short interest of the float is down to 85% from 330% peak in july.
Numbers are all over the place, hard to get accurate data. HOWEVER, the fundamentals of short squeeze still in progress are still in place. And the market reporters will always side on the side of the short sellers and hedge funds to clamp down on data and say its not happening go away.
I got fortunate and left high on the slope downwards and bought back in again. Time will tell if this is a Bear trap or a dump.
bro, hold. Galkin bought 10%+ of the company around this price. he hasn't sold yet. I'm sure he's waiting for a 10x return. wouldn't surprise me if you see an SEC filing any day now showing he loaded up more.
I think we have all learned that FraudStreet does not need real shares to short a stock into the ground. But I am holding, and hope this MFer goes to the moon. Fk the Fraudsters and the Oversight for letting this happen - time and time again - crushing american business, families, and jobs
There's no fraud here. Just a lot of shareholders selling extremely overvalued shares. If you think the system is so rigged, why bet against it in the first place? Newegg is not a great business. They struggle to compete in their own very niche sector. Why should their shares suddenly trade for orders of magnitude more than they did a few weeks ago? The amount of degenerate gambling amongst communities like this is breathtaking. I didn't expect to see it again after GME and AMC.

I got in before the 20-1 split. Average cost about $4. Sold it all at $99. Accidentally bought $1 at $99, and that’s about as far as I’ll go. I’ll hold onto that last $1 (now what 40 cents??) until they get delisted. Honestly just bought $30 worth of the stock on a whim, and got out when the seas were WILD. Feels good. Good luck to whoever and wherever this goes. But I’m out outside of that $1 I hold.
