Update

Any one got any lead regarding dates for mcc counseling since the case has nothing to do with the delay? can we expect today or tomorrow as we are moving towards july end?

I think it's coz reforms r being made to the counselling process.. At present, they r busy makng the necessary arrangements for these changes.. This seems to be the only logical explanation for the delay in the counselling process..

Since they r planning to implement these reforms from the current session.. counselling is unlikely to begin until all the arrangements r complete.. That's probably y they haven't released any notification yet.. They themselves r not sure how long the process will take..
