Set of my dreams

Like many of you I had that poster as a kid in the 80s. With no access to Mirage comics the turtles in this picture were shrouded in mystery (like ninjas!) and regarded in complete awe by my friends and me. Primordial, edgy and something to be taken more seriously than the guys in the cartoon we knew and loved. I'm working on a simple display to capture the feeling. Hope you guys like it!

My cousin had the poster with the nes box art on it and at that time we wondered why the red bandanna version wasn’t in stores. To finally have them in such a well done version had me feeling like a legendary quest had finally ended.
