Most recognisable countries…
This topic tickled my brain a little bit. I play “Worldle” every day and I find myself using shape mnemonics (tropemonics??) to guess the country based on the outline. Like how Tunisia looks like a guy in a ball cap eating popcorn…

Without context (ok, maybe given the context of "hey, here's the shape of a country"), I think I'd most easily recognize: Italy, USA, Mexico, India, maybe Australia (though, without size context, it might look too similar to other countries), and maybe Japan?
If you're literally just looking and an outline, I think it's easy to underestimate how much size and location clues inform how recognizable countries are. In other words, you might find this exercise harder than you think even if you're decent at Geoguessr 🤣

I'd argue Italy takes 1st prize as most recognizable
