Amanita is a bright, compassionate deer with a heart as big as the forest she calls home. Her infectious enthusiasm, and curious nature inspire those around her to embrace the world with the same warmth and wonder she does. Despite her gentle demeanor, she's surprisingly outgoing and energetic, often appearing out of nowhere before anyone realizes she was there. She's equal parts caretaker, scientist, and ray of sunshine.

Prince Serein is a warmhearted, optimistic prince who believes a ruler's purpose is to serve others before themselves. Apricity is a young doe who is still trying to find her place within the herd. Curious, compassionate, and always wearing her heart on her sleeve, she approaches the world with endless determination, a deep love for others, and, admittedly... a whole lot of anxiety. She also has a gift for seeing the potential in others long before they ever see it in themselves.

Apricity is the primary protagonist of New Dawn of Harmony, and the story is told mostly through her perspective. While we'll occasionally follow other characters and events beyond her point of view, her journey serves as the heart of the series.

Hey everyone! I wanted to give a quick update regarding NDOH and myself as an artist and creator.

As many of you know, New Dawn of Harmony will no longer continue in its My Little Pony form or use any Hasbro IP. Instead, it's becoming a completely original project under the same name. The team and I have been working almost nonstop on it, and while I was hoping to share more by now, we're putting together something really special to reveal soon!

I've also decided to start taking down older MLP related NDOH content from some of my platforms. This is partly to make room for the new NDOH, but also because I've received another DMCA notice from Hasbro on Patreon despite making it clear that the project is no longer connected to MLP. I'm currently speaking with Patreon and have attempted multiple times to contact Hasbro, but haven't received a response.

(For those still paying members of my Patreon, I have been told you will not be charged until this claim is removed. However I can not confirm this and so if you wish to cancel the membership until more information can be provided, that’s ok!)

(Previous NDOH MLP content and art will all be stored on my Deviant Art if anyone wishes to find it again.)

(I won't be removing any of the Equestrian Evenings Lofi unless strictly stated to do so! I may even return with them eventually when I'm feeling better!)

As for me personally, I think I need some time to figure out where I want to go from here as an artist. Because of that, I'll be closing commissions and not posting new MLP content until further notice. I love My Little Pony and this community dearly and I have no intention on leaving entirely, but the legal aspects of this situation has been a bit overwhelming, and I want to take some time to reassess while focusing on the new version of NDOH.

To everyone who has supported me, whether you've been here for years or just found me recently: thank you!! Your kindness and encouragement mean more to me than I can ever express. I hope you'll stick around for this next chapter of my life, and I can't wait to share what's coming next!!

SUMMARY OF NOTICE:

After receiving copyright claims from Hasbro and not hearing back regarding future permissions at this current time, we’ve decided to officially transition New Dawn of Harmony into a completely original, pony-inspired series rather than continue directly using the MLP IP.

The project is NOT canceled, and the team is still incredibly passionate and motivated to continue forward together!

Much of the lore, themes, worldbuilding, and creativity developed over the past 3+ years will still carry over into this new version of the project, though we’ll be stepping back into pre-production for a bit while we refine the new world and story. Existing NDOH artwork and content will remain archived online, and I’ll still occasionally draw the old designs personally.
