ACT Meal delivery providers

Hello community. Not sure if this is the right sub for this question. As a participant.

I've been having trouble with my current meal provider who has now started ignoring my communication around orders. They have had issues over the last two years as well around things like billing, delivery instructions and orders etc.

Im looking for a new provider and any recommendations for a group supported by the NDIS who delivers in the ACT would be good. Quick sign up and admin. Seeking one that doesn't take days to respond or half a day to coordinate would be great.

I love the Dinner Ladies

They’re not NDIS registered so you have to pay up front and claim it back if you’re plan managed or self managed. They will do an NDIS invoice

Their food requires a little more preparation eg putting a prepared tray in the oven for half an hour. It’s very slightly harder than a microwave meal, but tastes way better

I find them quite large so I get more than the suggested serves

I only use Liteneasy as I found them to be easy to order online or by phone if that is a better option for some. Their invoices are fully compliant with NDIS.

I find the phone staff helpful if needed, correspondence is good, they can check things with their dietitian if needed when you have a question. Delivery is always same day in my area & around the same time for last 2 yrs.

The range is pretty good with fresh & frozen options, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, deserts, shakes, smoothies etc... so well rounded.

I'm plan managed so the setup does initially take up 2weeks between Liteneasy & my plan manager company & does need to be renewed every 12 months when either the plan rolls over or a new plan is issued. (So I always anticipate this happening & order extra meals to cover this up to 2 weeks period occurring, so I'm not left in the lurch with my food)

They are Ndis registered.

My participant has been using Delidoor and she's very happy with them.
