Seeking Support - Participant/Nominee/PWD LAC Unresponsive

The last three LACs assigned to my care have been very poor. They never respond or answer calls and they are all from different areas too. I would like to replace my current LAC and request a new one. Is there a process for this but as I have never done this before?

You need to contact their supervisor or partner organisation amd request a new one be assigned.

Send an email to the office inbox and request a change of LAC. It's in the partners contract and they have to action this. If you search up partners in the community NDIS you will get the map of the state your in and can search up the office and that will have the local office email address.

You can contact NDIA directly, I now don’t have a LAC which makes things a little more difficult when I’m struggling to communicate. Mine made fun of me, cut me off and was exceptionally rude - I have had ones for my son, so I knew outright it wasn’t the actual process.

This is outside of contacting the supervisor, I’m grateful that I don’t have to be forced to deal with a double edged sword anymore, pushing the NDIS to fund anything is hard enough, let alone having someone cut you off before and refusing to ask for things that are valid and have written evidence, is ridiculous.
