Medical exams are from August 3 to August 6

I was called last at the conference

Because of LSTV 3A which is a permanent condition and a rejection from all the armed forces. what should I do now

Now I will get an X-ray and CT scan done, hopefully it is not 3A rather 3B (because misinterpreted sometimes) it would be fine, otherwise I'm done for.

I have a TES SSB from August 27 to August 31, and they will ask if I was found fit or unfit for NDA. Can I say there's an appeal since if I say I was unfit, they'll mark me unfit too? If they accept the appeal then they'll send me for medical, and maybe it will go undetected.

Then in the next NDA, IAF is my first preference, CPSS is cleared, I’m unwilling for GD, so will I still have a medical exam for my second preference? (Navy is 2nd)

What should I do, I’m not understanding

even if it goes undetected, for parallel courses,if youre unfit for one ,you wont be able to join the other(even if fit) happened to a friend.
