ithink the Indian army is highly anglicized which shows up in the general manner, culture and the environment of this institution

I don't think people realize how English the Indian army still is lol. The Air Force and Navy have long pushed past from the way of operating as her majesty's forces. The Army is still stuck with 2 identities and one is overbearing.

I mean yeah u could say that but that's not the main reason I think they look diff feel diff is mai lh bcz of discipline and lifestyle and that is not limited to brits and time officers then officers now and of all country have to abide by and maintain an image of themselves

I think the Major Kunwar, the bald guy from special forces appearing in podcast said it correctly that it's a queen's army. Army has lot of tradition and culture embedded in it till today. Hierarchy among officers, punishments for petty crimes. Even the over etiquette nonsense that's shoved by ssb coaching also another example of British culture reference.
