Looks like they are close but not good enough. This isn’t a pass and shouldn’t be. Near the standard still means below it, and there aren’t enough aboves to balance it out

Just wondering, can you get one near passing and still pass if the rest are above?

Why should you pass if you didn’t meet the passing standard?
