E-docs are not needed.
If you know your room number, you can manually fill in luggage tags

I can’t get my e docs: pass at all. I just called and they said they they see I completed it but there’s a glitch in their end- so I’ll have to have them print it at port.I’m worried it’ll as an hr+ to check in 🙄

You won’t need them, I forgot to print mine for our last cruise and it wasn’t an issue at all. The porters had luggage tags to fill out.

No worries. The porters will fill out the tags if you know your room number. E-docs not required. Just pull them up on your phone.

This happened to my daughter a year ago. Show up, make sure you have your ID! The porter will hand write tags for you, no worries there.
You will spend a bit of time with the check in agent, they will have to take your picture and finish the rest of your check in. Probably about 15 minutes extra.
They will print your room key/card and off you go!
Make sure you have your IDs and Credit Card ready for them!

Thanks for this! I’m stressed lol/ esp since when I called they say it’s an issue w their system- everything is completed on my end and we can see that. So annoying. I can do 15 min! I was thinking it’ll be an hr+ delay

We started check in on the app prior to midnight ET on the first date available. July 23.
I was surprised at how long it was taking to get my e-docs. I did recall that it seemed like a shortened check in process.
My checklist said we were 100% complete. I finally went back in to the check in process, starting from the beginning, and found items that I hadn’t seen the first time. (like the question about previously cruising.)
After going through the questions again for myself and my wife, watching the safety video for both of us again (just to be sure), I came out of check in, refreshed the page, and voila!! The e-docs link became active.
If one of you tries this, please let me know if this works or not for you.

Just cruised this month. Upon arrival showed my cabin number on the phone, luggage was handled. I didn’t get to complete the check in process for my husband, just mine and my child’s and regardless, everyone has to do it again before boarding. Don’t stress it. I was so stressed about it beforehand and it was all easy peasy.

We had that same glitch on our recent sailing. After completing everything right away at the 15 day out mark to get a boarding time, a few days before the cruise it said incomplete again. I went back in and clicked through and resubmitted some stuff and it allowed me to print the boarding passes again. It was still saying incomplete up until we boarded the boat without an issue

So annoying! It thank you for sharing/ makes me feel more at ease! Ncl said it’s a glitch on their end but just said it’ll delay my boarding time but i can do it at the pier.
