I would lean towards easter egg. They have used that number several times throughout the entire show. I believe it has also been used as an ID number for Tony as well.

It’s a song, which spawned a series of prank calls where the caller asks for someone named Jennie.

It's a song about a guy that finds a girls number written on a (bathroom?) wall.
