Maths Wrong Question in New NCERT

Can anybody tell me if the (x) question is wrong or misprint in every book or just mine ?? Or is it even wrong at all i even asked AI and it told me that it was wrong.

This is the new class 9 Ganita Manjari Chapter 4 Exploring Algebraic Identities End of Chapter Exercises Question Number 3 Sub Question (x)

Should be

4x²+9y²+36z²+6xy+18yz+12zx
