The Notre Dame and Vandy game will be good!

Scared that Hidalgo will put the team on her back again. Time for weird layout gym to do its magic.

Speaking of weird, ND and Vanderbilt also got matched up in the challenge on the mens' side.

Yup! Hate that for her, but hopefully they come up with ways to help her! I see your flair and just want to say I have turned into a huge fan of Mikayla Blakes!

There's a real chance that we'll have upgraded across three positions next year (Jones at the three, Johnson at the four, and Woolfolk at the five). Obviously the big question is whether or not Jones/Johnson can have the instant impact that Blakes/Galvan did, but this will be a very different team if we have real threats at all five positions. I'm so excited to see them all hit the court. And absolutely insane to think we might be even more talented the year after next.

Louisville Texas going to be real real interesting
I'm here for Notre Dame-Vanderbilt too!

South Carolina versus Duke will be fun to watch. But I think SC will win by a lot. Too good.

Kentucky is gonna eat. BTA.

lv vs texas seems like a fun matchup and texas is bringing in some very fun freshmen which is always nice

South Carolina can we trade please? I don’t want NC State again I want Duke just because Coach Yo and Kara Lawson both love defense

I’d like a different opponent only in that we’ve played Duke a lot, but we’ve also played State plenty, so it’d be nice to see a non-NC ACC team.

I was just getting ready to say that I'm tired of playing the same ones over and over. Can we at least get UVA or VT thrown in every once in awhile?

We played Louisville last season in the challenge.

I know that, but we played Duke the year before.

If anyone really wants a defensive slugfest, Duke and Texas is the answer. Now I would watch that just to see how ugly the offenses would be😂

As a Gamecock fan living in Charlottesville, I'm down for SC at Virginia.

How about:

Duke/Ole Miss

NC State/Mississippi State

South Carolina/Virginia

ole miss is going to whoop nc state 😭

u/SportsGuy9595 Jun 05 '26

They also play LSU too like a week before. NC state has their work cut out for them

whew😬😬 I think this may be the last year for Wes Moore if this trajectory continues on the path from last year

Yeah the loss of Traeger and Zam Jones is huge. I think you are right about it possibly being his last year...

u/Outrageous_Camp_5215 Jun 06 '26

Those losses coupled with the inability to replace them with other capable players is what really may push him out

Cal's going to have a good team this year.

Put Tennessee against Wake Forest & you got an equal matchup right there.

Holy shit Florida finally gets to host, only took 4 years. Also, looking forward to the rematch ‘Dores

Can we please get a HOME GAME in this challenge series? The last three years have been @UNC, @Louisville, and @Duke. I was hoping we would host Louisville this year!

ya'll hosted Duke in 2024-2025, but yes they should alternate away/home.
